Abstract
Knowledge is indisputably important - if not the most important part of the business. It is the ability of people to use information to solve complex problems and adaptation to change, the individual ability to overcome the unknown. We will get acquainted with two types of knowledge, which are tacit and explicit knowledge that are significantly different. Tacit knowledge is also called subjective, personal, tacit, silent or procedural knowledge, while explicitly speaking, explicit, declarative, or declarative knowledge is used for explicit knowledge. Tacit knowledge is invisible and difficult to express. Explicit knowledge, that is, expressed knowledge, which is explicitly expressed in numbers and letters, can be stored and easily searched with the help of information technology. Tacit knowledge, in order to be transmitted, must be transposed into explicit knowledge which then, by its use and modification, becomes silent knowledge again. When implicit knowledge becomes explicitly referred to as conversion of knowledge. Conversion of knowledge is important to any organization because it allows the organization to increase organizational knowledge, which remains the organization. There are four conversion models. Through the work it is evident that knowledge management is important because it creates more motivated employees, leads to greater availability of expert knowledge and to faster and better customer satisfaction. The knowledge management strategy must be in line with the company's overall strategy. There are two knowledge management strategies, namely coding strategies and personalization strategies. The coding strategy provides quality, reliable, and fast information through system deployment using multiple encrypted knowledge. While the personalization strategy provides creative and analytically accurate counseling related to strategic issues through individual expertise.
