Abstract
vertical takeoff and landing aircrafts are widely concerned due to its unique advantages. In this paper, technical characteristics and development trends of thrust vector vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircrafts, tilted rotor vertical takeoff and landing aircrafts and flight power systems are introduced, based on the existing vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. Design methods of thrust vector flight control are studied based on the vertical takeoff and landing unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). Developments of vertical takeoff and landing aircraft are prospected in this paper.
