Abstract
Theoretical part of this bachelor thesis deals with clover isoflavonoids, including daidzein, genistein, biochanin A and formononetin. Isoflavonoids are substances which exhibit estrogenic activity. They have wide positive effects to human health, they could be used to treat and prevent diseases such as osteoporosis, cardiovascular diseases or even cancer. Practical part of this bachelor thesis deals with monitoring of clover isoflavonoids levels in rumen fluid from cow, which was fed with concentrate type of feed. The rumen fluid was cultivated in a bioreactor, with feed added with clover extract. Isoflavonoids were analyzed using high performance liquid chromatography.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
