Abstract

There is a large body of research that reports the detrimental psychological and physical effects of workplace bullying, not only for targets but also for witnesses and bystanders. The workplace bullying literature consistently highlights the relationship between bullying and psychological stress reactions, insomnia, mental health problems and physical ill health.
