Abstract : This document describes the complexity and burgeoning inter- and/or intraconnectivity demands that have imposed an infrastructure within the Naval Warfare Enterprise that includes test and evaluation as a significant aspect of each Navy Combat System Acquisition Program as well as support for deployed units.
