Abstract

synchronlzed cells and subjected to SDS -PAGE and Western ana 且 ysis . Cytolocalization of PP1 γ 1 was studied by an immunohistochemical technique . We found that each isozyme has different expression pattern. Subcellular 韮 ocalization of PP lγ1 depended on cen cycle . The present results suggest the expression of PPI associate with cel 正 cycle in osteoblastic ce 且 ls, 25.蛋
