Abstract

Aim and Background: Lean Management represents the attitude of continuous improvement and long-term. management and attention to values and organizational components over time. “Lean” a journey-a person never reach its destination. Lean management philosophy and vision of the new leadership organization to eliminate waste and continuous improvement and value creation for stakeholders is key. Target,Review and fully understand the purpose and philosophy of Lean and how to implement lean manufacturing correctly in education and higher education. In a firm foundation for the institutionalization of lean thinking, lean concepts to its staff and to the belief that change the results: We must change our behavior and behavioral change, we must change our thinking. Therefore, a proper understanding and implementation of its proper purpose and philosophy of lean primarily in education is in second grade. Conclusions: To become lean principles and methods as part of the culture of the institution, faculty and staff members to analyze and improve processes to increase the efficiency of higher education committed to its efficiency and effectiveness.
