Экономика России: выход на траекторию роста. The Russian economy: access to the growing trajectory

Статья посвящена анализу проблем и перспектив обеспечения экономического роста в России. Многие факторы экономического роста, которые были задействованы в предшествующей период, в настоящее время исчерпали себя. В этих условиях закономерен вопрос, который ставят авторы статьи. А именно, за счет каких источников и посредством каких механизмов Россия будет обеспечивать экономический рост в будущем. Важное место в работе отводится анализу причин кризисных явлений в реальном секторе и в финансовой сфере, критике государственной экономической политики в рамках антикризисных действий. Особое внимание в статье уделяется рассмотрению таких факторов экономического роста как структурная перестройка экономики страны, решение проблемы моногородов, региональные приоритеты, преодоление деструктивных элементов в рамках государственной экономической политики. This article analyzes the problems and prospects of economic growth in Russia. Many factors of economic growth involved in the previous period have been exhausted by now. In these circumstances, the question that the authors of the article stress is really normal: namely due to what sources and through what mechanisms Russia will provide economic growth in the future. An important place is given to the analysis of the causes of the crisis in the real sector and in the financial sector, to the criticism of the government’s economic policy in the framework of anticrisis measures. Particular attention is given to the consideration of such factors of economic growth as the restructuring of the economy, to the problem of single-industry towns, to regional priorities, and to the overcoming the destructive elements within the government’s economic policy.
