Abstract
Broussonetia papyrifera (Moraceae), one genus of Broussonetia, is widely distributed in eastern Asia and Pacific islands and has important economic value and ecological value. In order to study the tolerance mechanism of Broussonetia papyrifera under drought, salinity and heavy metals stress, we analyzed the morphological characters, physiological and biochemical reactions and molecular mechanisms of Broussonetia papyrifera under various stress treatments. It provides an important theoretical basis for exploring the response mechanism of Broussonetia papyrifera in hard environment, establishing drought resistance, saline-alkali tolerance and anti-heavy metal cultivation techniques. It also provides theoretical reference for further development and utiliza-tion of Broussonetia papyrifera resources.
