Abstract

A smart grid with a flexible, clean, safe, economy, friendly performance is the development direction of future power grid. Smart grid has become a hot topic for the future development trend of power grid at home and abroad in recent years. This paper describes and analyses the research background of the development of smart grid, smart grid concept, characteristics, the driving force of the development of smart grid, the main technology of smart grid and the current study of smart grid technology abroad in the new trend.
