Abstract

Presented Bachelor thesis is dealing with intercultural education and lifelong learning. The aim of the work is closer to the lifelong learning of workers Tourist information centers and options available to the lifelong learning and intercultural education in the Czech Republic. Bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and analytical part. In the theoretical part we describe the education from the beginning of its existence, lifelong learning, intercultural education and multicultural memorandum on lifelong learning. In the analytical section we analyze programs dealing with intercultural education and lifelong learning, and the agencies associated with them. Part of the research is aimed at finding out whether there is enough of programmes relating to lifelong learning and intercultural education in the Czech Republic and assessing the views of respondents, whether they are training seminars for the staff of the tourist information centers sufficient for their practice.
