Abstract

The phylogeny of EF-Tu in prokaryotes constructed based on protein sequence alignment. The alignment was performed with MAFFT v7.043b. The phylogenetic tree was generated using RAxML with PROTCATJTT as the substitution model and 100 bootstrap replicates.
