Fuel Cell is electric power generation system of high-efficiency and low-environment loading. Polymer Electrolite Fuel Cell (PEFC) system with methanol reformer is promised as the power source for the automobile. This paper proposed the system with methanol reformer included catalytic burner, gas treament application and evaluated the system on the various fuel cell parameters. The result showed that efficiency of fuel cell system with methanol reformer is about 35.1% at 25% electric load, and decrease of water for humidification improves system efficiency up to 40.3% at 25% electric load.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
