Abstract

Malaysia is a country that has increased thriven. This development led to the development of various sectors in the country.It can be seen that the construction industry in the country is fast growing.Yet despite the buoyant construction industry, which generated a lot of construction waste, construction waste has an impact on the environment Management of construction waste into a very important function of manage project construction site.Various approaches in managing construction waste have been made and studies have been done about it, but once the implementation of construction waste at construction sites still less practiced among the management of the construction site.The aim of this study was to find out in general about the factors hindering the process of construction waste management in Alor Star and construction waste management practices that take place at the construction site.
