Abstract

Urban is the urban cluster formed in the process of urbanization. The three spatial elements agglomeration core, cluster and are cultivated and developed to construct the basic framework and form the agglomeration integration functions. The development emphasis of the core is to develop headquarters economy, the development emphasis of the cluster is to develop urban cluster and industrial cluster and the development emphasis of the network is to develop traffic networks, information networks and market networks.
