Abstract

Abstract Ten new species of Bryozoa have been described and illustrated in this paper. Out of these Diploporaria kashmirensis n. sp. a Cryptostome Bryozoan is recognised from the Zewan Limestone of Permian age; eight species of Cheilostome Bryozoa and Stigmatoechos striatus n. sp. a Cyclostome Bryozoan have been obtained from the Tertiary rocks of Kutch. Correla- tion of the Tertiary rocks of Kutch is possible on the basis of Bryozoa.
