Темпоральные коннотации политического капитала

The article discusses the concept of political capital, political time and political age as categories of the political analysis and prognosis. Political time and political age are the main temporal connotations of political capital. As a mediating link between political time and political capital, one can see political age, which expresses the ability to political communication. It can be represented as a language and influence, or specifically – like language competence in relation to political discourse, as the skills of persuasion and suggestion, which are dependent on the understanding of the political time and political experience.
