Abstract

Barium titanate, Calcium titanate and Strontium titanate nano structured thin films have been successfully grown on glass substrate by Chemical Bath Deposition (CBD) technique. These films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive analysis, X-ray diffraction and UV analysis. From the UV study the band gap of Barium titanate, Calcium titanate and Strontium titanate were 1.8eV, 2.17eV and 1.9eV.
