Abstract

Abstract : A computerized electronic system cost model was developed by the Systems Analysis Department and documented in ESD-TDR-63-446. The present document describes the changes which resulted from converting the computer program for the model from FORTRAN II for the IBM 7090 to FORTRAN IV for the IBM 7030, and from implementing several operational improvement.
