Abstract

This article deals with historiographical situation around the theme of the Early-Byzantine military nobility. The authors reveal urgency to study military nobility of the last decades of Early Byzantine Empire Epoch (564–641) and define method, subject, object and main problems of the study. The necessity and possibility to investigate question «Early-Bizantine Military Nobility from the End of 60s of the VI Century to the Beginning of 40s of VII Century» is proved.
