Abstract

In this theoretical essay discusses the questioning and rationalization of the complex dynamics of productive processes in organizations. Discusses organizational dynamics in systems theory of Luhmann, that emphasize the relationship of the system with its surroundings. This theory makes possible to think of the complexity of organizations, including their dynamics and processes. We highlight the concept of organizational autopoiesis. It is the discussion of quality improvement and innovation of production processes from the questioning in organizations. Discuss the possibilities of Habermas' communicative action theory, especially in the form of discursive rationalization of complex organizational processes. It is related to questioning and rationalizing discourse. Conclude that questioning and discursive rationalization in organizations may be highly relevant to improving production processes and innovation.
