Abstract
Atmospheric transmittance is an important factor that affects the accuracy of target radiation measurement. In this paper, the radiation characteristics of the target body are measured by infrared radiometer MR170. The response of the spectral radiometer is calibrated by two-point method. Based on the measurement results of the target blackbody radiation under the condition of different temperatures, the atmospheric transmittance is calculated, and the radiation brightness is retrieved by calculating the atmospheric transmittance. The experimental results show that the method can be used to measure the atmospheric transmittance and improve the measurement accuracy of the radiation characteristics.
