Obchodné tajomstvo v podnikaní

The aim of this work is to express the definition and funcioning of the trade secret in the business. The main source we have used was Code de commerce, in which the trade secret is defined in individual provisonos. The aim of this work is to express the main conceptual attributes, the alternatives of disposal and legal protection of the trade sectret of the business. We defined the alternative of protection of trade secret in industrial relations by integration into contract of employment and the alternative of anction in case of defiance of trade secret. We defined risks and threat of trade secret for example by unfair competition. We focused on criminal protection of trade secret accord to Code penal. We have shown on existence other sorts of secrets, which are also close to the trade secret in the way of meaning, for example know – how, intellectual property and bank secret. We compare them with the trade secret and post secret.
