Very little work has been done on nudibranchs in waters associated with Baja California, a fart mentioned by Marcus (1961:57).Recent work has shown that the waters of the Gulf of California and of the Pacific coast of Baja CaHfornia support a high population of these animals.Among the most interesting finds are two very similar appearing members of the family Dorididae which are newly described below.
