Global Apartheid: Structural and Overt

The most dangerous of the twentieth century were essentially between die white races themselves. These included especially the two world wars, which began as basically European civil wars but which then engulfed the rest of the world. After World War II there developed the Cold War between the communist world and the Western capitalist world. The Cold War became potentially even more dangerous than World War II. The new technologies of destruction in the second half of the twentieth century threatened the very survival of the human species. But in racial terms, the Warsaw Pact and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization were two Caucasian alliances confronting each other in a masochistic balance of terror.
