Contemporâneo na teoria social (Society, Culture and Power: some notes on the debate on contemporary social theory)

The main focus on this text is to summarize and discuss some aspects concerning to contemporary controversies in the social theory. The main argument is that culture is the dimension emphasized by the current debate in social theory. In order to exemplify it, some ideas of contemporaries authors are discussed, like inequality, differences and symbolic practices.
