Abstract

Labour productivity in sectors of national economy and in regions is influenced by a number of factors. The aim of the paper is to assess how the development of regional and sector labour productivity contributes to the growth of labour productivity in national economy. The significant influence of industry mix component and productivity differential component has been proven by static shift-share analysis.
