Abstract : Not the same, but equal is a good way to describe the warrant officer corps in relation to our O-grade cohorts. Members of the Warrant Officer Career College in collaboration with the Senior Warrant Officer Advisory Council are continuing efforts to ensure the understanding that we are not trying to become the same as our O-grade officer counterparts, but rather seeking to be treated with equal recognition in all aspects such as protocol, etiquette, housing, and evaluation reporting, etc.
