Abstract

Structural health monitoring (SHM) is determination of integrity for building and structure. It proposes the damage diagnostics by statistical detection as a diagnosis method of SHM in authors' research consortiums. However, a decrease in accuracy occurs when the measurement data to which the time simultaneity has not been established in this method is used. Then, it proposes the method of statistically making amends for the time simultaneity in this research.
