On Lorentz-invariant Theory of Gravitation Part 1: Review

Alexander G. Kyriakos

Open publisher page 4 citations

Abstract

The most advanced theory of gravitation is so far Einstein's general relativity theory. Some of its drawbacks are the source of attempts to construct a new theory of gravitation. The main drawback of general relativity theory is its incompatibility with the modern quantum theory of elementary particles, which does not allow to create a unified theory of matter. The emergence of the mass from massless field in the nonlinear theory of elementary particles (NTEP), described in several papers in Prespacetime Journal, together with the experimental fact of the equality of inertial and gravitational masses, allow to raise the question of creation on its basis of the theory of gravitation. The present part of article reviews the current theories of gravitation and related matters.
