Job description of laundry section in The Sunan Hotel Solo

ABSTRACT 2008. This final project has objective to describe the job of laundry section in The Sunan Hotel Solo. This report is based on the job training. The techniques used are collecting the data, observation, interview, analyzing the data and then writing it into conclusion. From the discussion, it can be concluded that the laundry section has duties and responsibilities to the hotel operations. The duties and responsibilities of the laundry section are receiving guest laundry, washing, drying, pressing, delivering guest laundry, handling non-guest laundry, and handling hotel linens and staffs’ uniforms.
