Abstract
研究了番茄耐热品种和不耐热品种在高温条件下内源ABA水平的差异,探讨了外源ABA处理对高温下花粉萌发的影响.结果表明,在常温下,耐热与不耐热品种叶片中ABA差异不明显,但在高温下,耐热品种叶片ABA含量提高的幅度明显大于不耐热品种;耐热品种花器官中ABA含量无论在常温还是在高温下,都高于不耐热品种;外源ABA处理可以显著减轻高温对花粉萌发的抑制作用.
