Abstract
Melbourne faces two pressing issues, secure, affordable housing and urban infill models that successfully negotiate the interface between activity centres and residential neighbourhoods. Through our latest housing project at Kyme Place, MGS has developed design tactics, partnership models, case studies and policy strategies to address these challenges.
