Abstract

Software cost estimation (SCE) is a process of predicting efforts and costs in terms of money, time and staff for each software. General Terms CostIssues, Root Mean of Squares of Error(RMSE), Weighed Mean Quartiles(WMQ), Source Lines of Code(SLOC) algorithm, Coefficient of estimates and actual values(SDR), Mean of Absolute Errors(MAE), Mean (or Average) of Relative Errors(ARE), Mean of Magnitude of Relative Errors(MRE).
