Abstract
A bacterial strain degrading 4-nitroguaiacol was isolated from soil by the method of selective enrichment. The strain designated G2-1 was classified as an Arthrobacter, mostly related to Arthrobacter aurescens (sequence of genes for 16S-rRNA). This strain is supposed to be a new strain of the genus Arthrobacter (DNA-DNA hybridisation).
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
