Surgical Operation and Development of the Treatment of Simple Varicose Veins of Lower Extremity

Varicose veins is a disease caused by the venous blood reflux abnormalities , simple varicose veins of lower extremity varicose veins is common, which is the most common disease in peripheral vascular disease. The major clinical manifestations of superficial vein diameter, with mass or earthworm outstanding skin surface; workers, occurs in the physical stamina of pregnant women and long established or sedentary workers.The etiology of simple varicose veins of lower extremity is disorder of venous blood return and lower extremity venous insufficiency. The simple varicose veins of lower extremity is given priority to surgical treatment, high ligation and stripping operation is the traditional operation, in recent years, with the development and popularization of the concept of minimally invasive and endovenous treatment as a new mode of minimally invasive surgery has been approved and implemented. this paper summarizes the main points of high ligation and stripping, foam sclerotherapy and endovenous laser ablation in the treatment of simple varicose vein of lower extremity, and put forward some suggestions, in order to better guide the clinical treatment.
