Abstract
Cloud computing is a new form of computing which is a considered as an emerging technology for delivering service. Cloud computing consists of several consumer who demands a variety of services as per their need which changes from time to time. So it is the job of cloud computing to make the resources available to the customers according to their need. As there are limited resources so cloud computation can't fulfill the request of all the service demand of users. So cloud scheduling techniques are introduced in order to allocate resources in the fair fashion and utilize the resources efficiently. It is very crucial to provide the cloud consumer according to their QoS requirement. Hence, this paper presents the issues of performance, challenges and resource allocation techniques for cloud computing. It also focuses on the issues of existing techniques of resource allocation.
