Abstract

Evidence-Based Answer Liquid-based cytology is not more effective than the conventional method at detecting CIN grade 2 or higher in women, when atypical cells of undetermined significance (ASCUS) or more severe cytology is considered an abnormal result (SOR: A, large RCT and meta-analysis).
