Abstract

Service quality is the lifeline of civil aviation transport industry, which has the determinate impacts on the future development for aviation industry. China's civil aviation service quality must be sustainably improved in constructing civil aviation powerful nation. It discusses the necessity of air transport service quality sustainable improvement, and analyzes the status quo of civil aviation transport service quality in China, puts forward some basic pathways for sustainable improvement of aviation transport service quality in China.
