Abstract

This book by assistant professor of sports law Marios Papaloukas which was published in many different languages is a collection of all the case law of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) about sports. The sports lawyer, the athlete, the sports authorities or anyone interested in sports law can read about all these cases brought before the European Court of Justice, the arguments of the parties and the Courts decision. All these cases had a major impact on the sports law practice and the sports law theory in Europe. In particular those cases on European competition law had an impact on sports law worldwide.
