Abstract

Platelet aggregation was surveyed in Hypertention 35 cases, Diabetes Mellitus 18 cases and Cerebrovascular diseases 57 cases.300mg per day of Ticlopidine were administered to 33 cases—12 Males and 21 Females—with cerebrovascular diseases and the effectiveness was examined. The results were as follows;(1) Platelet aggregation in Hypertention was within normal levels.(2) Platelet aggregation in Diabetes Mellitus was within normal levels even with consideration of therapy and its control.(3) Platelet aggregation in Cerebrovascular diseases was within normal levels in its stable stage but decreased in acute stage.(4) By administration of Ticlopidine Platelet aggregation was significantly decreased.
