Permian fusulinids of Nyukawa, central Japan; part 2, Some fusulinids from the lower part of the Sote Formation

Second part of a study of fusulinids from the Nyukawa group (Permian) of Gifu, Japan; deals with the facies of the Urita, Sote, and Ikenomata formations in the Hatahoko area and describes the fusulinids (including new species) from magnesian limestone members of the lower Sote formation. Differences between this fusulinid fauna and that of the Shiroi formation described in part one are attributed to the sedimentary environments.
