Abstract

The Semantic Web is web of data and recognized as an effective infrastructure to elevate the visibility of knowledge on the Web. Ontology is the core of Semantic Web, which place a important role in conceptualizations Phase. Ontology development in the Semantic Web is supported by that various languages such as RDF, RDFS and OWL. We present a comparison of these languages. In this paper OWL is used to create the Knowledge Base in the domain of Natural Disasters including Exceptions by using Unless property. Unless property is defined in OWL as an Exclusive-OR operator.
