Regarding to the current state of employability of young people, the interest was to find out how higher education institutions contribute to the employability of their graduates or how they do adapt the needs of the labour market. The contribution in this paper is to present some options of traceability of university graduates and used it as an indicator of the quality assurance of higher education institution and to supplement existing mechanisms in response to the movement of higher education institutions in the labour market.
