PLANNING METHOD OF THE PROCESS OF COMMUNITY BASED PLANNING WHICH STARTS AFTER THE DECISION OF MASTER PLAN(Urban Planning)

Abstract

This report shows the planning method of "process of community based planning which starts after the decision of master plan". The process seems to consist of serious of "field of consultation" and the core of the method in the "4 decision type ; NPO type, Person with territorial right type, District type and the Citizen type" which is set as the purpose of it. The report clarify the detail of the method analyzing the gap between the decision type which is set as a purpose and which is done as a result of "field of consultation" which are held in Tsuruoka city.
