Abstract

(Stem Cell Reports 2, 838–852, June 3, 2014) An inadvertent production error occurred after the proof stage while setting Table 1 for print. As a result, the labels “GFP Negative,” “GFP Positive,” and “Total” were positioned incorrectly. We apologize for this mistake and provide a corrected version of Table 1 below. The online version has also been corrected.Table 1WIBR3-hESC Derived:Teratoma-derived organoidsaSix independent teratomas FACS sorted and assayed for organoid formation.TeratomasGFP NegativeGFP PositiveTotalNo. of organoids formedNo. of cells sortedCells forming organoids (%)No. of organoids formedNo. of cells sortedCells forming organoids (%)No. of organoids formedNo. of cells sortedCells forming organoids (%)Lgr5-GFP N-term01,0000231,0002.3∼50>50,000<0.1%Lgr5-GFP N-term01,71001011,7105.91∼50>50,000<0.1%Lgr5-GFP N-term01,6750211,6751.25∼50>50,000<0.1%Lgr5-GFP C-term04,2030384,2030.9∼50>50,000<0.1%Lgr5-GFP C-term06,6130816,6131.22∼50>50,000<0.1%Lgr5-GFP N-term06,046036,0460.05∼50>50,000<0.1%Organoid-rederived organoidsbThree organoids derived from three independent unsorted teratomas (dissociated, FACs sorted, and assayed for organoid formation).OrganoidsGFP NegativeGFP PositiveTotalNo. of organoids formedNo. of cells sortedCells forming organoids (%)No. of organoids formedNo. of cells sortedCells forming organoids (%)No. of organoids formedNo. of cells sortedCells forming organoids (%)Lgr5-GFP N-term01,500071,5000.47715,0000.05Lgr5-GFP N-term246,7000.361406,7002.096513,0000.5Lgr5-GFP N-term37,9600.04207,9600.261538,4500.04a Six independent teratomas FACS sorted and assayed for organoid formation.b Three organoids derived from three independent unsorted teratomas (dissociated, FACs sorted, and assayed for organoid formation).
