Abstract
This study is a diagnostic study on the use of Information management and the mechanisms in use for generate intelligence in the organizational data (Business Intelligence) in the Toluca Valley Companies for this purpose a theoretical framework was revised in reference to Business Intelligence and its impact on organizations and in particular the management knowledge, is developing an instrument to identify the level of progress in the use of business intelligence within Knowledge Management and its analysis and results. it ends by making some recommendations to support the increased use of this strategy within the Information Management and Knowledge Management and the incorporation of the Universities.
