Abstract
ABSTRACT The present study was conducted in order to investigate the impact of servant leadership style on employee service quality, employee creativity, employee commitment and employee performance. The sample of the study consisted of 113 participants selected from 8 educational settings. The required data was collected using a questionnaire adopted form Dennis and Bocarnea (2005). Out of the administered questionnaires, 79 questionnaires were complete and acceptable for the statistical analysis. The results of the study evinced that servant leadership style when applied in educational settings results in high levels of employee service quality, employee creativity, employee commitment, and employee performance. Despite its limitations latent in field sector as well as small sample size selected from the capital city; the study contributes to the literature by highlighting the importance of servant leadership style as a predictor of numerous organizational outcomes in non-western educational settings. So organizations could apply this style of leadership as an enhancement tool to elevate some organizational outcomes.
