Abstract

Evidence-Based Answer Cervical length is a good predictor of preterm delivery in women with a singleton gestation who have a history of preterm delivery (SOR: B, retrospective cohort trial). Early cervical length measurements potentially identify women who may benefit from cerclage placement, which has been shown to reduce previable birth (SOR: B, single RCT).
