Abstract
CLEO has made a number of important new B measurements over the past two years. I report here a new measurement of the inclusive branching fraction B(B ! X`) using lepton tags which has very small model uncertainties and provides the best upper limit yet for the fraction of non-BB decays of the \\Upsilon(4S). New values for V cb and B(b ! c ! `) which result from this analysis are also reported. A number of new and improved upper limits for rare hadronic and leptonic decays are discussed, including an important remeasurement of the B ! K + \\Gamma = + \\Gamma branching fraction with 50% more data. Finally, I discuss new results in electromagnetic penguins, including an important new measurement of the inclusive decay b ! sfl and its implications for new physics. 1
